In the old days I used this phrase a lot: Fake it 'til you make it.

So today that's what I'm doing. I'm still not particularly happy about anything, but there's no sense in wallowing.

So in the spirit of faking it, here's a funny thing that happened to me today: I'm writing a story about a newspaper adviser at Marquette University--a Catholic

Jesuits are cool

I went to a Jesuit university (Fairfield University in CT), and just loved the Jesuits and their outlook on life, politics, philosophy...I have lots of experience with various Catholics, in various roles within the church, and the Jesuits are probably my favorites! I must admit, though, that I'm a little bit surprised that this one seems to have an idea what politically correct might mean!
