Today, the major story of the New York Times is that an eight year study has proven that eating a low fat diet does not have any affect at all on your likelihood of developing heart disease or many types of cancers...AND will not help you lose weight either.
In other words, eat up. -

You know what people I automatically love? I don't celebrate birthdays, but whenever I hear people singing Happy Birthday, and one person always says, at the end... '...and many mo-orrrrrre' in a wobbly, exagerated way...that person. I automatically have a deep affinity for those people.
