Well, with it being a double episode finale, I can see that if there's minimal Gwen in 12, there may be a lot more of her in 13. There may be a reunion, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just at the end. They also said that the finale would end on a cliffy, so I can see them having less Arwen time and having the rest of it next series - which doesn't bode well for my impatient nature! *shakes fist*
I have no idea if you are in the know regarding filming spoilers. So let me know because I did see some filming pics that may suggest that A/G do reunite.
I'm trying not to spoil myself, so I only read what was posted here. If Arthur is driven out of Camelot or even the main city Gwen must be central to the plot in some way. At this point she is a little like Chekov's gun. No one knows where she is or when and where she could turn up.
Gwen loves Camelot, she knows Agraivane has his evil plot with Morgana so more than likely she's probably close by watching things and she's brave so if she's an opportunity to help Arthur & Co. or even the people of Camelot she will. I think regardless of how much actual screen time she gets whatever she does will be very important.
If Morgana has taken the throne Gwen is technically no longer banished. I remember in the season's trailer there was something about Morgana hunting down Arthur & Co. If Morgana leaves her newly acquired Camelot I can see Gwen sneaking back in and maybe organizing a rebellion. So I think these episodes can be pretty awesome for Gwen and maybe no one will find out or care about the enchantment at that point.
Ok I won't tell you what I know then. All I will say is maybe, just maybe A/G will reunite fully. I just hope its not rushed if it does happen.
I agree. I think what has happened in some ways has made Gwen tougher though she was always strong. But it will make her stronger and fight harder for Camelot and for Arthur.
I think we need to brace ourselves for a rushed reunion, if there is one this series. With Arthur and the knights being driven out of Camelot, Morgana on the hunt for them, and Arthur apparently losing his faith again only to regain it and find Escalibur (according to the previews) I think there will be very little time for a "proper" reunion to play out between him and Gwen.
Agreed. I think there will be a rushed reunion for them, not nearly as romantical as we'd all like, but in truth, these last few episodes are focused on Morgana vs. Arthur & Merlin. We shall see...
am i reading this correctly (after clicking on one of the links);
Did you like Gwen in this episode? (Angel is listed in the credits, so we know that she will be featured in the episode in a non-spoilery way): Her dress was very pretty.
Only if they cut it out of the episode. Because in the spoilers on Youtube... A scene was filmed with Arthur, Gwen, Merlin, Gaius, Tristan, Isolde, and the knights walking around in the woods.
