I think these spoilers are purposely being misleading and are worded to throw off the expected answer because they completely contradict things that Julian Jones talked about in interviews earlier this season and what other producers have said on twitter and in interviews. Let alone completely disregarding scenes that were filmed and the pictures from them

I mistyped. *12 will most likely end with a marriage in Ealdor and Merlin telling Arthur about Ecali.* Not 13, that's going to be all about Arthur being the Comeback Kid :/
