I wonder if the technology here is enough to work on a Mk. IV. ...Probably not. It'd end up being more of a Mk. .5 or something. Still, it'd be a project to keep my mind busy while I figure out just what's going on here. Can someone explain to me this whole tattoo business? It looks like I came in on the tail-end of it, but I still don't understand what was going on, aside from people sleeping a lot.
