It doesn't make any sense. It's a perversion of the two perfectly good words that could be used in its stead. And, if you're British, it leads you to assume the poor speaker (or writer) must be slightly challenged in the language department. So, you see?

Irregardless is nobody's friend.

Just hunting for an essay through the BTVS Writers' Guild and realised there's no B/A zone, they're not covered...no site choc full of resources for the likes of me, no siree. I know the zones are run externally by volunteers. But no one, er...volunteered?

Always capitalize? Only when singular? Or like you would "Professor"...
