I'm feeling pretty chrismassy right now.

I've managed to get all my xmas shopping done, and wrapped.

I'm of to my Grandad's tommorrow after work for family pre-xmas chinese takeaway.

I finish work at lunch on xmas eve, and I'm ready for the break, all lab jobs are in a good position to leave, if not complete, and the labs are mostly organised.

Today was my work's Christmas do, and also the day I found out that despite the fact that I thought I did really really badly in the exam, I actually managed to pass the course (geology) that i was taking with he open university...so yay ( Read more... )

So, I just spent most of the evening exchanging comments and geeking out over tv shows with finkpishnets which has been a remarkable amount of fun, and a great end to a day that has been pretty good all in all.  Work went stupidly fast and most things went well (except a little issue with timing at the end of the day - damn solutions wouldn't BOIL) but yeah, ( Read more... )

wow, but i have been so bad at updating on here recently....it's  strange my brain ahs gone through a minor fanfictionless period, i still love all the shows but for a while there I just couldn't focus on fic at all, barely read any, let alone writing any ( Read more... )

Basically life got hectic and then started kicking my arse all over the show.
