Wow, so it has been a ridiculously long time since I posted here and quite a lot has changed for me. Got a new job, with better pay though it s further away, and am settling in nicely there, still keeping in touch withhold work friends, and managing to have board game sessions with some of them...cause board games are awesome. Fridays and the joy they bring
So, it is Friday, I am getting coffee and the sun is shining, and all is relatively good with the world, which is pretty miraculous in and of itself.
Apart from being slightly too warm in the labs today, work was fine, and as it's a Friday I got out at three thirty, which means I've had time to nip to the shops and go via ikea and buy a few picture ( Read more... ) -
The existence of Jen
So I do exist, and I happen to have just bought an IPad, which I am loving a lot, and am infact, using it to post this update. Nothing much has been happening other than work for me, but I am planning on making some changes in my life and hopefully that will coincide with posting more often on here. -

Time has once again swallowed itself and vanished from my world. Where did 2010 go? And why did it mostly suck so badly?
Anyways, here's to hoping that 2011 is a better year, and that I actually manage to post here more than 4 times this year. -

How the hell is it July already. I seriously have no idea where the last 5/6 months of my life went, its like I went to sleep some point in March and apart from a few days in between of which I have vague memories, that was it until about two weeks ago.
The first half of 2010 has officially been weird.

So..the diet started off badly...in that my will power deserted me, and I seemed to go on an all out campaign to defeat the diet plan...result...weight went up to 15st 6lbs....but..i have cracked down, and in the lst 2.5 weeks have lost those 6libs. So despite being perpetually hungry I am now down to 15st. Which only means an overall loss of 2 ( Read more... ) -

Life is going okay, work is continuing to be work like.
Leverage is back, which is fun, and Glee is on British tv, so there is now the possibility that some people might know what I'm talking about when I talk about it.

So 2010 not off to the best of starts...2 days off work due to cold / inner ear imbalence thingumy....but on a semi positive side, pretty snow...that did however mean 30 mins digging the car out of 7 inches of snow this morning, and 45 mins trying to get onto the carpark at work...the drive in between was okay though, and now I am warm inside my ( Read more... ) -
