Oh GOD, Miles and the TARDIS… *collapses laughing, out of pity for the universe* I want to read that! Also Miles being profiled by the Criminal Minds team… (I've read two of the books in the last week. This may account for the excitement. Or not. XD)

The Doctor and Miles... together...

Okay, that might be a scary thought...

I'm trying to decide if that would be a bad thing or a good thing. Both are major trouble magnets, I mean they just attract trouble.

Now will their trouble magnetism cancel each other out?

Or will the problem of their trouble magnetism expound the problem. 4 times the trouble magnetism?

Now that's what's scary.

And both of them together would give ImpSec head and Gregor the biggest headache ever. And UNIT head. And maybe Jack if he's still with the Vorkosigan-verse version of Torchwood.

OTOH, I rather like the idea of Mark and Kareem being companions to the Doctor. I keep seeing Killer taking down anyone who's a threat to the Doctor and the Doctor having to teach Killer, as he did Leela, not to be so blood thirsty.

I don't know if the Doctor could fully trust Lord Mark enough to take them along in the Tardis, much as he's better than he was. Work with them locally, sure, but not going along with. I think Kareen might put her foot down on the idea as well. Also, I think he'd see that Lord Mark's had enough of external influences trying to shape him and leave Killer to Lord Mark and Kareen's care.

Now. The Doctor and Illyan butting heads could also be interesting. Poor Emperor Gregor.

Oh, I love the image of the Doctor and Illyan butting heads (quite like the Lethbridge-Stewart and the Doctor used to.) I can just see the Doctor going on about "stupid apes being too eager to shoot first" meaning Illyan and his men. And of course no one is going to criticize Illyan's tactics or strategy.

Why can I just see Gregor sitting back and watching until he gets completely frustrated with the two. What might Gregor do then? Handcuff them together, perhaps? (Yes, I know I'm getting silly here.)
