Hey, last Tuesday was pretty good.

This one has a charm all its own, though.

Last Tuesday was totally awesome, and awed me with its awesome awesomeness.

But so far today, I've had a) zombie chatter, b) confirmation that my CDs are in shipping and will reach me by Friday (and did you wanna come to a mailing party Friday evening?), and c) season three. Today is winning.

We should fully have a season premiere party, yo.

Fully.

I have other plans Friday evening, so no party for me, sorry!

Alas. If we do a repeat party on Saturday night (which we're kinda threatening, there being a lot of CDs to sign, and shove into envelopes), want me to call you? We'll have VM in the background -- I'm corrupting Kate, Cat and Rey with season one.

5. Use mind-control on the television networks so that they make the show more readily watchable by the viewers. As it stands I will not be seeing season 3 until it gets released on DVD because of it's poor distribution. I would need to pay $40 a month just to watch it, and much as I love VM it is SOOOO not worth it.

Last year a Canadian station picked it up just as UPN finished season 1, but I have seen no sign of it for season 2 yet. Plus which, there is no inherent reason not to let them air the show at the same time.

It isn't just a Canadian thing, last year I saw all sorts of people complaining on LJ about not being able to consistently watch it without bittorrent because of haphazard distribution in the United States.

The formation of the CW should hopefully address part of this issue, and I would, honestly, write to the network to say 'yo, I love this show, you're not getting my ratings because your distribution SUCKS'. It might get heard.
