So, Africa. A bit of brushing-up on my plans, and yeah, so I'm not really going to "live" there. Spend 10 weeks, though, doing various things including volunteering at the same city for a month. I was out last night sitting in a table in the street and there were screams in the distance - probably people cheering because Brazil won something in the Pan American Games - but my immediate first thought was:

I found my old senior year uniform and realized that for the first time since I graduated, I don't miss high school at all. This is quite a step forward for me.
