Excellent mail today. I got a $5 check from Pinecone Research, an actual market research group that I got into through a link on freestuff; they seem legit, so hopefully I will be seeing more $5 checks as the months go by.

I also got a huge pack of mix CDs from mogigraphia; most of them are collections of sea chanties and related music, but I am currently listening ( Read more... )

Oh, Pinecone. They've been paying for my laundry for 4 years or so now. They are indeedy reliable.

About how often do you get surveys from them?

It's really variable, but at least two or so a month. Sometimes more.

Pinecone didn't accept me when I applied; it made me sad. :(

I'm on NFO, but I don't get a lot of surveys from them, for some reason. I've been on it for a few months and only have 275 points so far.

I think being a cat owner may have helped me out with Pinecone.

Wendigo? Wendigo!!!!??!

The only fictional book I've ever read dealing with the wendigo was the godawful 'The Mad Trapper' by Rudy Wiebe. Add in hot sex of any persuasion, and I'm good.
