I am doing an enormous amount of cooking lately due to our recent switch to a more "paleo" type diet

A lot of the juices were kept in the tomatoes like little cups, since I only cut them in half and put them cut-side up.

Also, I lined the tray with foil so I could pretty easily lift it to pour/scrape any escaped juices into the blender.
