I just found this funny, so here you go. My mom dressed our dog Jackson up as a pimp for halloween and entered him in a contest at PetsMart. She just went to look at the other dogs and it was something to keep her busy for one night, and guess what? Jackson won first place!

For some reason I was really happy on Friday, more satisfied. I got a lot of stuff done at work and I feel really competent about the things I'm doing. I got home and washed my car right away while I still had daylight, and ate some soup. Didn't really do much else thanks to the new video game I'm playing. This weekend was good. I finally got to see nar, and we had some much needed time together. Saw Little Miss Sunshine. We both liked it. Nothing like a good fucked-up-family-story to make you laugh. I have a place of my own! sort of. My dad and I painted two rooms this weekend. It was a lot of work; I had no idea how hard painting would be. I did get better at it though. I'm getting over a cold currently. I think I would have lost my voice completely if I hadn't gotten out of talking so much at work. You really realize how much you talk when you can't talk...at least talk well. But I am very glad that my cold is gone in every other category. I remember when I was in Europe and I lost my voice.
