Help me choose a car!
This weekend was good. I finally got to see nar, and we had some much needed time together. Saw Little Miss Sunshine. We both liked it. Nothing like a good fucked-up-family-story to make you laugh. Other than that though, we didn't really do a whole lot. I got to pay for a lot of what we did during the trip, which made me happy. Although I don't like the idea of the guy paying for everything, it still makes you happy to treat someone out. Staying with your parents is very good if only for the reason that you save a buttload of money.
Speaking of which, I am currently in the market for a new car. I was thinking a Scion Xa or a Corolla or something. So far I just know I want a new car that gets good gas mileage and is under 20k. I even spoke to someone at BofA today about a loan. It makes me feel all mature and stuff. Now that I know about all this stuff that adults go through, it kinda makes me feel like I shouldn't have learned it. Ignorance really is bliss.
Next week I am going to drive to Riverside (a half hour away) every day instead of work. I will be taking a class that will help me pass the test to get an insurance licence. I am very eager to get going with this job. After three weeks I feel that I can keep up with most of what is going on. Considering I didn't know a damn thing about this job when I started, I think that's pretty good.
Oh, and I finally got a sack. I went to this club in Covina and got a dub, and since it was my first time there they gave me two free joints. I felt kinda weird just getting a dub, i'm so used to eighths. Shows how long it's been since I smoked. Gotta say, it's nice to be able to relax again.
