Tax returns were direct deposited this week and the money was planned for debt reduction...so will mail the final payment on my u-card on Monday! ( debt reduction success )

Did some financial monitoring today as I start into doing the taxes. Good thing, too: we are right on track for zeroing out debt, but just barely. So will have to limit my own whim-spending (mostly on ebay). ( further )

So last night (Thursday evening + Friday morning) came after the solstice (16:21:xx Pacific Standard Time), but as it was closer to the actual solstice than the previous night (Wednesday evening + Thursday morning), it was the longer night of the two. So, there! ( more )

Although I have taken the initial steps toward re-consolidating my credit, I must now wait to see the results. ( personal low finance )

Alas, the credit card I applied for hoping to transfer an entire balance gave me half of the balance transfer I wanted, putting me in a worse situation than I wanted. But I have a plan which could help me in the long run. ( ahead )

In a vacation now with obviously less pressure. All my transactions have been cleared (finally) and our debt level continues to go down...just 22,000 bucks to go before we are consumer debt free. ( additional )
