It is a hard thing to deal with, I know. It is utterly exhausting, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Byron, I think that last paragraph sums it up. I think it's a good idea too.

Both of your hearts were in the right place when you took Betty on. You aren't bad people because it was too much (physically, emotionally and mentally).

It sounds like the best thing to do is to give her the best care and let her come visit you guys so that you have more good times than bad. I think that would be the best for all of you.
