Basement Success

The work paid off! The work to replace our old Lennox gas-furnace with a Frigidaire high efficiency heating-cooling system began today and the folks doing the work had good access to everything. About the only thing I did not consider was the need to place the thermostat higher on the 1st floor wall (to meet code). If I had, I would have removed

I realized the biggest hassle was going up or down the basement stairs with stuff. I was able to make some noticeable progress once I had cleared out enough so I could work without the need to leave the basement.

The more I do, the easier it becomes!

I just hope we can stop accumulating. I think we are in that mode right now (and we won't be getting any thing to sort from relatives now).
