[During the day, Paprika doesn't have much motivation to be spotted anywhere. She keeps to herself, doesn't so much as glance as the journals, and patiently waits for the sun to set. For when the sun sets that is when all the good boys and girls go to bed. And, she will have to assist them in their endeavor

[Vash will be laying on his bed. Glaring grumpily at the frog costume he had finally been able to shed after a long day. God he hates that thing. His window is open to let the nice breeze come through - luckily he's also on the first floor!]

[No need to be so bummed Vash, as soon he will hear the sound of a loud thump in the room. It won't be hard to spot the new person, who just came through the opened window, as she grumbles quietly about the small fall she took sneaking in.]

[Is... Paprika sneaking into his room? Sweet! Paprika is sneaking into his room!] Paprika! Are you here for a kiss from your frog prince!

Wha-- no. I don't think I even have a frog prince.

[She says, standing up sloppily from the floor.]

[Giles will catch her through her escapades, if only because he enters the apartment about five minutes after Paprika does. Blessedly unaffected, at least for the night. Shared kitchens, man. What are you gonna do?

...but he knows he locked that door...

The presence of an experiment is the only thing stopping Giles for drawing a knife. Even so, he does try to make as little noise as possible as he eases into the living room.]

[Locked doors only exist to be opened, alright.

Paprika won't notice Giles just yet, as she sneaks around the house. Now she just needs to get into the rooms of the girls and boys and ease them to sleep with her sand.]

[A truth Giles has made much use of, over the years.

At first he thinks it's Helios or Frederic. The costume doesn't allow for much in the way of recognizability, at least until he catches sight of her hair. Then, astounded:]

Paprika?!

Gah!

[She yelps a little, jumping back with a slight spin when Giles creeps up on her.]

Don't do that!

First night!

[It's another one of those sleepless nights for Luke. He's already halfway through the tea he made earlier, though he knows it won't really help until some time later. There's been something... weird going on today, and he swears he knows some of the stories being acted out. What a day...

But since it's so quiet, of course he hears something rattling at the hallway window. Once he gets there, he opens it immediately to see who or what is there, and - ]

Paprika? [What's she doing here? And why is she solid?]

Oof!

[She huffs as she falls through to the other side of the window and into his home.]

Hey Luke.

[Luke jumps to the side to avoid the collision - and, as a consequence, allows her to tumble through, too. What a gentleman. But as if he realized his blunder, Luke lets out a little sigh to himself before he helps hold her steady by taking her shoulders. This is... weird, seeing her outside of his dreams for once. Or maybe he really is dreaming...?]

What're you doing here? Do you need something?

[She'll stand up with the help, fixing her hat before it falls off and kneeling down to pick up the umbrella and closed sand bag. They had to go through the window before she did unfortunately.]

Well yeah, I sort of do. It's important as well -- ah, you weren't even supposed to see me. [She is so not good at this sandman stuff.]

Ah... hello?

[ It's dark, and Aerith can't see Paprika yet. She can hear something at the window of her room in house 41, though, and she sits up on her bed to see better, speaking softly just in case Zack might be awake. ]

[Paprika doesn't return an answer, as she tries to sneak in as stealthily as she can. Aerith's call was so quiet that she didn't even notice it, assuming the other was still unaware of her presence. She fares a little better and doesn't fall flat on her face like the other times, but still stumbles in for the most part. Making a bit of noise and obvious that there was an intruder.]

[ And Aerith starts, scrambling off her bed and reaching for her staff. ]

Hey! I don't know if you're in some story or what, but this room's taken!

[Drat, she was spotted.]

Easy, no need to worry. I'm not looking to have a room or anything. I'm looking for you.

[Paprika quietly lets herself into the house through a window and sneaks through. Yet when she gets inside and spots a glum looking Link, she feels the need to slowly approach.]

Why the sad face, kid?

[Link starts, then wonders why he never even noticed it - somehow, his new nightgown is dulling his combat instincts. Sitting up and pulling the blankets up to his chest, he stares at Paparika before shaking his head fiercely.]

Paprika? What are you doing here?
