Least Favorite Icons 08 - the pic used is very cute, but the text adds nothing to it, looks a bit superfluous and squished on the top. 13 - Harry's glasses and the contours of his face are oversharpened/pixellated. It isn't very aesthetically pleasing.
Favorite Icon 16 - Interesting use of texture and text 17 - Perfect definition, sharpness and contrast.
Least Favorite Icons #4 - I like the idea behind the icon but unfortunately the texture is just too overpowering and distracting from Hermoine. #13 - The crop is nice but the test is faded in spots, making it hard to read.
Favorite Icon #7 - Great use of negative space. #6 - Could use a little more brightning but the crop is fantastic.
Least Favorite Icons 05 - The crop doesn't fit the cap. I am sorry to say that but we can barely see what's happening on the icon. We can't see details of the caps because of the overuse of light. 03 - The quality of the pic was lost due to the overuse of brightness and it doesn't fit a close crop. The icon is a bit oversharpened too.
Favorite Icon 06 - The crop fits perfectly the cap and the black and white is vey well balanced 01 - The text placement fits the texture and the crop used. Very artistic use of clouds and light which increase the emotion of the icon and make us focus on the characters.
Least Favorite Icons #5 - The crop makes it hard to see what is depicted. #2 - The icon lacks contrast and seems a bit dark as a result. Also, the crop seems a bit awkward with the way the classes blend into the background on the left side making it look as if they were cut of and replaced with a black border on the side
Least Favorite Icons #14 - Cuts off too much of his face and is fairly flat in contrast. #9 - The texture makes the icon look ragged almost. It's a bit over sharpened and quite a bit under contrasted.
Favorite Icon #11 - Simple, pretty cut and nice use of texture. #6 - A very alluring cut with a simple contrast that makes it stand out.
