That's wonderful, honey. There is always room to be the person you want to be.
I was worried about that letter, too. I am glad it was nice. Who was the second person from that era?
You know, you may not need to cut people off from your life just because you change or are different than they expect. If they love you they'll hang with you and continue to be enriched by having you in their lives; if they don't, then you did not lose anything significant anyway.
