I have actually slept for once. Went to bed at 1 and woke up at half past 6 and just couldn't go back to sleep. So I'm having a coffee(!!) which I haven't really been drinking for over a few months and feeling quite awake and ready for the day. Will have some porridge later and then I have a spinning class at 10.

Yeah, can't sleep again. Went to the gym at 18 last night and when we came back my sister and i watched the last 5 episodes of CSI:Las Vegas season 8. TV is dangerous. I really hope I'll be able to go to sleep soon. I have to be up at half past 8 at the latest tomorrow. My sister and I booked a spinning class at 09:45. It will make something of a change compared to my current lifestyle of going to bed at 6 in the morning and sleeping until two or three in the afternoon. Success! I woke up at 9.30 this morning, which is quite a change from last week when I went to bed at 10 in the morning. Might have managed to turn back the day at last. Naturally, now the weather is shitty and it rains like mad, just because I'm awake. I've missed five days of wonderful sun just by sleeping too much. Oh well. I guess that's what ( Read more... )
