I've been so busy reading Victorian fiction all week that I haven't thought about packing for my trip to Scotland on Monday. Today I realized that I was out Sprionolakton, and that my prescription for more was more than one year old and thus no longer valid. Just back from movie night with friends, where we made pierogi-like pastries with beetroot and goats cheese and drunk Hungarian sparkling chardonnay,  and I'm far too full. It is really dark outside now. Autumn at last. It is cold during the nights and still very empty in Lund. I feel sad at being back, but also that I have to use all the energy I got in Paris and create something good, use it to finish off my projects and get on with life. Just back from watching Ghost in the Shell with the feminist SF-class. Very interesting film. I understand there is a sequel out there. Quite a lot of unanswered questions about what really did happen. But lovely animé. And I knew I recognized it from somewhere!
