I made my now traditional Advent Saffron Cake  this evening. They were out of saffron at the store, apparently this year's Iranian crop was much better than last year so the price isn't as crazy high as it was last year, ergo more people buy the stuff.. . Luckily my sister had a sachet left so she came over and helped me mixing the batter. It
