Oh, that was beautiful. I haven't read HP fic in a long, long time, and every time I tried, I just didn't feel it and eventually lost interest.

But this--this is brilliant, I love how you intertwine all those stories together, so that they don't feel disconnected, as it sometimes happens with the "five things" stories. It flows beautifully and I adore how you show just bits and pieces, but all those bits and pieces put together make up a complete story, and it works here.

I also absolutely adore your Dean, especially his urgency to preserve reality and memories of people who don't have a voice of their own anymore in none at all, you can just feel his desperate attempts not to forget and the feeling that it's his responsibility to remember. Very nice and very poignant.

And I just love the whole second fragment. ♥ ♥ ♥
