This year I have made two and a bit pots of rowan jelly ; turned out very caramelly.  And two and a half pots of bramble and apple jelly, which turned out rather too sweet.  I think perhaps because I used apples from my own trees rather than scrumping crabapples off the hill

I have loads of rosehips this year, I've lost a lot already by being too lazy/busy to go out and pick them. I mustn't let them all go to waste though. I also had my first cranberry harvest - a whole 24 berries which weighed a total of 19g. Not sure exactly what to do with them as I think they'd only make about 1 tbsp of cranberry relish :-D
