I'm moving to Buffalo this weekend, and I know around zero people in your fair city. How would you rate Buffalo on the friendly scale? And which are the best places (preferably bars) to chat it up with locals? If it helps, I'll be living in the Allentown/Elmwood nexus.

Just wondering if anybody knew of a good hookah lounge in the Buffalo area. A friend of mine recommended Aladdin's, but the only thing I could find online made it sound like an outdoor/summertime hookah bar.
