Just the last month has been insanely busy, between things exploding (not literally) at work and a good friend having major scary surgery (he's recovering well, YAY) and lots and lots and LOTS of travel. I failed on the b'day-wishes front due to being in a somewhat epic scramble to get in half a day of work and then get to DC in time for the first of several tense family thangs around Grandfather's memorial service. But I thought of you v. much that day, as I often do, FWIW.
