I bought some dried fruits a little while ago with an eye towards making some Barmbrack in the next couple of days as well as some Moroccan style chicken stew. I was reading the BBC website this morning and I came across this article about a little Jewish girl who narrowly escaped being taken by the French police during the Second World War when her neighbour intervened and claimed she was her child. Last thursday I went into the hospital to see about getting paper work done for the appointment I had to get circumsized on friday, so as to avoid having to fill crap out before going to get chopped. As it turns out they had no record of me and could not even tell me what was going on at the main office of patient affairs and then kept me running ( Read more... ) -
