When I’d asked about the plan for breakfast Friday night we’d agreed to meet up at 9:00. I forgot to ask if that was 9:00 east coast time or 9:00 Chicago time? Friday morning I was up at an ungodly early hour, and made it out of the house in (I thought) plenty of time to catch my flight. I’ve finished editing my pictures from last weekend. I took at least 150 photos before my battery pooped out on me. A few were too blurry to share (my hands shake when I’m tired). They’re up on Photobucket, here.

We had lunch at the restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel. The Claim Jumper. OMG it was yummy. Right when we walked it, it just “looked” like a good restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic.
