WW Update

First week back on Weight Watchers. Weigh in this morning, down 3.8 pounds. Yay me!

Goals for next week:
Start tracking (writing down what I eat).
Start working out in the morning before I go to work.

Way to go Lady!! Good luck with your goals this week. I always like working out in the a.m., that way I'm not trying to squeeze it in later in the day when it's easy to find an excuse not to do it.
