I was whistling a tune in the shower a couple days ago, but for the life of me, I couldn't place it.

Now, thanks to a viral marketing campaign in advance of the Transformers DVD, Optimus Prime will personally call a friend and urge them to fight alongside him.

Now this is what Fall weather should be like.  None of this 90-degree-weather-in-October nonsense.  I did not particularly like cranking the air conditioning over the weekend.

I logged into my Flickr account yesterday to organize some of the photos I recently uploaded, and I notice that someone added me as a contact.  So when I click on their link to see who, exactly, this person is, their profile reads they are bisexual and looking for fun with men and women.  Okay, that's fine.  It's their prerogative.  But I'm still ( Read more... )

1. My daughter.  Even when she cries, she's still damn cute.

3. I haven't worked since September 19.  I'm going to enjoy the final two-and-a-half days of my paternity leave.

I could get used to this whole not working thing.

My days consist of naps, watching daytime TV (there's nothing on until 7:00 p.m.), changing Olivia's diaper, cleaning the house, and reading.  I've only read one book so far, but it was a doozy at over 500 pages.  The next book I read won't be quite so long.  I hope to have it finished before I go ( Read more... )

A guy  in New York put a marriage proposal on the Jumbotron at Yankee Stadium from his friend to his friend's girlfriend.

I don't think Jim Halpert would even go this far.

It's late.  I should be in bed.

But I'm not tired.

Wait.  I just yawned.  Maybe if I drag my ass to bed I'll fall asleep.

It's a challenge to fall asleep when your pregnant wife constructs a pillow fortress on the bed so she can be comfortable.

She's just carrying a baby inside her.

We crammed a lot into three days, but that extra day makes the weekend feel just that much longer, ya know?  It's like, there's no rush to get everything done on Sunday because we still have Monday.  The one other time of year when we look forward to a Monday.
