I love the guy who tries to copy his computer monitor after experiencing a printer malfunction. Talk about thinking outside of the box.

I've joined the ranks of Twitter and will be "twittering" as often as I can.  I hope to use it both from a personal and professional standpoint.

Neat-O-Rama blogs about the evolution of famous tech company logos.

I've always been a bit of a logo geek.  A company or team's logo can say a lot, and often provides us with our first (and perhaps only) impression.

The brief histories that accompany each logo evolution only add to the geekiness factor.

I was doing some media monitoring at work when I came across clips of a group called Improv Everywhere. Basically, they get a bunch of people together and pull hilarious stunts in public places.

In this clip, the group went inside a Home Depot and moved in slow motion.

Good stuff.

What's the over/under for my commute home on this snowy evening?

One hour?

Two hours?

Apparently, I'm not as smart as I think I am.  At least when it comes to random knowledge.

Other than those, I bet I got five additional right, at the most.

Extremely tough clues.

Maybe I'll do better next year. 

Tonight is the Jeopardy online test.

It consists of 50 clues with a maximum of 15 seconds for each clue.  The test takes no longer than ten minutes.

That's a lot of questions in a short amount of time.  During my test-taking days, I tended to not do as well if there was a time limit; however, I suppose it's necessary so as not to allow for cheating ( Read more... )
