Oh, I needed a post like that. I like, just ended this episode. I loved it, except the last scene with Effy, but "fuck that" ;D I wonder, are Tony & Michelle together again after the season, or not? (I thought I wasn't gonna watch the next season soon but... now I think I will...)
I don't think Tony and Michelle are together after the episode, it sounded like they were talking about their relationship as the past. Which is a shame, because that was my favourite scene of them ever. I never really shipped them until then.
And watch the next season. Just don't compare it too the old cast too much and just enjoy it for what it is - different but still skins. I grew quite fond of the new cast.
I'm weird, and when it comes to movie/etc/ plots I often have to discuss it with someone or else I just won't be sure what actually happened.
I'm not sure why Tony and Michelle broke up, but I'm fine with that. Even though I was sure they just must be together again. But oh well. Things change it seems... let's pretend I'm not a bl fan and stuff... kay
About Sid & Cassie, I hope they won't be together again ^^; Cassie's got so ... poisonous or how to put it. I don't think she'll suddenly become her old self again. If she does, then it's okay. Sid's imo the greatest character in the series so he deserves someone really good.
I'm the same way. I can taaaalk for ages about TV/movie/book stuff, to get the motivations for the characters and so on. ;)
I'm not sure they actually broke up, but it just sounded like there was this finish line and since they are going off to different universities around the UK I doubt they'd have much of a chance. Like I said I didn't actually ship them until that point either. They were quite destructive once not that i'm not usually a sucker for those relationships, they didn't show any sweetness or love until Tony had the accident and even then it was hesitant.
YEESS, not many people share that opinion. I liked Cassie in S1, she was broken, but endearing, in S2 I couldn't relate to her AT ALL. Poisonous is a perfect description... and she didn't even have a reason (that I can see) for destroying the only people who cared for her and been there for her, when she needed it. I agree about Sid, he's dorky and real, but my favorite Skins character has to be Chris.
