Oh, I needed a post like that.
I like, just ended this episode.
I loved it, except the last scene with Effy, but "fuck that" ;D
I wonder, are Tony & Michelle together again after the season, or not?
(I thought I wasn't gonna watch the next season soon but... now I think I will...)

I don't think Tony and Michelle are together after the episode, it sounded like they were talking about their relationship as the past. Which is a shame, because that was my favourite scene of them ever. I never really shipped them until then.

And watch the next season. Just don't compare it too the old cast too much and just enjoy it for what it is - different but still skins. I grew quite fond of the new cast.

Already dl-ing the first episode of series 3rd ;)

I'm weird, and when it comes to movie/etc/ plots I often have to discuss it with someone or else I just won't be sure what actually happened.

I'm not sure why Tony and Michelle broke up, but I'm fine with that. Even though I was sure they just must be together again. But oh well. Things change it seems...
let's pretend I'm not a bl fan and stuff... kay

About Sid & Cassie, I hope they won't be together again ^^; Cassie's got so ... poisonous or how to put it. I don't think she'll suddenly become her old self again. If she does, then it's okay. Sid's imo the greatest character in the series so he deserves someone really good.

Ah, I'm ranting. -_-''''

I'm the same way. I can taaaalk for ages about TV/movie/book stuff, to get the motivations for the characters and so on. ;)

I'm not sure they actually broke up, but it just sounded like there was this finish line and since they are going off to different universities around the UK I doubt they'd have much of a chance.
Like I said I didn't actually ship them until that point either. They were quite destructive once not that i'm not usually a sucker for those relationships, they didn't show any sweetness or love until Tony had the accident and even then it was hesitant.

YEESS, not many people share that opinion. I liked Cassie in S1, she was broken, but endearing, in S2 I couldn't relate to her AT ALL. Poisonous is a perfect description... and she didn't even have a reason (that I can see) for destroying the only people who cared for her and been there for her, when she needed it.
I agree about Sid, he's dorky and real, but my favorite Skins character has to be Chris.

Don't worry, I love rants, as you can see. XD

Just watched the final scenes again. Man that hurts. I watched the whole 1&2 series in like, five days. Maybe that's good. I'm afraid I'm gonna watch s03e01 in a moment xD;;;;

About both Tony/Chelle and Cassie, I think totally the same :) I wonder why most of the ppl on the net wish so much for Sid to find Cassie in NY... Well. Maybe they're too much into stereotypes or something...

What I hated about that last episode btw is that Jal aborted the baby. I was sure she'd keep it because of Chris's death...

Oh yes and Chris was lovely :) Heart-melting.
I wish I knew ppl like him & the rest.

Lately tv shows 've started to be too good. They always make me cry and make my heart break at the end. ...I should read instead :p

Those rants are really random, since this note's so old XD I don't think I'd notice new comments so quickly as you did xD

I watched S1 in 2 days, I think... S2 wasn't out yet, when I started watching.

Also, don't you think it would be completely ridiculous for them to meet in New York of all places? Even that they are shown in the same scene together... It would seriously be some fairytale fantasy and that wouldn't be Skins at all.

Maybe she had the abortion just before Chris died. She knew he was sick, but as far as she was concerned he was getting better, so who knows...
But I agree, it might be a huge step to have an abortion on TV, but it felt... wrong. Makes me wish we had a S3 with those characters just to see who they'd all cope with the death, their lifes and Jal with the abortion. (that show would be very depressing though^^)

Me too. They had such a great friendship and dynamic.

Haha, I know, I should read too. Not that I don't read, just not enough.

All thanks to email notifications and I always use Thunderbird to check my mails, so I get a nice little popup. ;)

Will deffo watch both.

After indulging in Skins world own life's boring.... -o-

I've never heard about the movie wrap-up, but that would work, as a show it wold be depressing, but a movie...
I heard about the American version though. I don't like the idea. Americans censor too much for it to work. I know I won't be able to resist it though
