Ahh, smoots! I miss smoots. I've walked across the MIT bridge, where the original smoots are measured out across the bridge.

It sounds like you had a nice day cycling! That's a good distance to cover. Yay bicycles!

Hee, I thought you'd like that. I put the smoots on there just for you. (: It's cool that you've actually been on that bridge!

Yay bicycles indeed! I'm loving having good cycling weather. Well, yesterday was arguably not good cycling weather, given that it was 37°C with the humidity, but I enjoyed it anyway. (I just had a lot to drink while I was at it.)

Now I leave to cycle to Monday night volleyball!

But it was a warm rain, even if it was very strong. And I saw a full, bright rainbow on my way home! And a weaker secondary rainbow! It was worth it. And it looks like my chain didn't even get gritty!

Sounds like a lot of fun! I SO need to rescue my old bicycle. Cycling is supposed to be one of the most complete workouts and doing oftenly will both tire you as hell and, in the end, tone your muscles (especially the legs)

And your "secondary" rainbow comment gives me an idea... perhaps I should start translating legends again.

Cycling is a good workout, but I find I feel it most in my legs and in my lungs/chest. I don't get much of an upper-body workout. I'd like to try a rowing machine again and see if it helps my trunk and shoulder muscles. But rowing machines don't get me very far outside. (:

It would be neat to see your translation work!
