I dropped my Wacom stylus on the desk a little while ago. I picked it up again to discover the side buttons were no longer in place. One piece, light and plastic, they could be anywhere in the apartment by now. I've searched all around my desk, and even gone through my garbage, and can't find any sign of them anywhere. I met up with scottphyrebird to go cycling today. Once we finally met up (we seem to have a lot of trouble with that) we went out and about. We started up Colonel By drive, which was closed to allow only bicycle and inline skating traffic. I worked 11 hours on Saturday. Oddly enough, it was very productive. Probably because I was motivated to try and get done so I could go home. (: I'll probably have another insane day tomorrow (Monday). Monday night is when they leave, so after that it'll probably be less hairy. And I'm taking Friday off. I had a guest over this weekend. ( Obligatory overlong weekend writeup )

I signal whenever I'm changing directions or changing lanes. I stop at stop signs and at red lights. I use my bell to draw attention to myself or my passing when necessary. I clearly communicate with the other vehicles on the road. I don't ride on the sidewalk.

And I get no end of grief from Adrian and Brian as a result of my dilligence.

I got a call from Adrian tonight as I was having a (late) supper of hamburgers and fresh Ontario peaches'n'cream corn on the cob. As he put it, "we've got three guys and four girls here," and they were going to Caliente, a Latin nightclub, and could I make it there in half an hour?
