We had a bit of snow today. We didn't have as much as some areas around here, but enough to matter during the morning drive. I made it into work without incident, however.

Well, I don't know what anyone else thought of the Oscars, but I loved them! Hugh Jackman is an awesome showman and I thought he did a great job hosting. I've had an enjoyable day off. Mostly, it was spent seeing The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. What a thoroughly awesome movie! Brad Pitt was wonderful as a man who is born old and ages backwards. Twilight last night was quite the experience. It made me feel incredibly young and incredibly old at the same time. Young because these books and this movie bring out the teeny bopper in me. They had the Tree Lighting at the Avenue tonight. My mom, my sister, and I met up with Mandy, Chris, and Connor for dinner over there. Santa came in on a dogsled for the lighting. Well, damn! Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince has been pushed back to July 17th, 2009. Argh!!! I was really looking forward to that this November. Now I have to wait almost a whole year! Not good news at all!!!
