What kind/amount of tip is recommended?

How should the tip be given? (Placed in the side of the thong, IIRC?)

For stage dances, $1-$2 should suffice, though higher denominations are welcomed :) If you wish to tip on top of the price of a private dance, it's sweet and the amount is totally up to you :)

That was actually illegal where I worked, believe it or not. We could only take tips in our garters. (I worked in Seminole County, Florida, for the record.)

Honestly, that's in constant flux. I think I'll just put up the genres I like, those being rock and alternative.
