What kind/amount of tip is recommended?

For stage dances, $1-$2 should suffice, though higher denominations are welcomed :) If you wish to tip on top of the price of a private dance, it's sweet and the amount is totally up to you :)

Hmm...but here's a question to add onto that: How do you pull that off without breaking the "no touching" rule? I mean, it's kind of tricky, isn't it? Or is that a circumstance in which the "no touching" rule is semi-suspended?

Probably a dumb question, I know, but I'm having a hard time seeing how you can slip money into cleavage without at least some accidental boob contact.

You hold the bill on one end. The dancer positions herself so the other end is between her boobies, places her hands on them and pushes them together so bill will be held in place. You let go of bill. You get a closer look at thye boobies, she puts the bill where she'd like to keep it while she conitnues dancing.
