Yaaaaahooo! This doctor is very, err, straighlaced. I laughed once at something he said, and he glared at me, so this time I saved my laughter about being "unremarkable" until I left the office. :-)

I think that the few people I told about the brain tumor possibility were far more worried than I was! In retrospect, I am really glad that I kept the situation mostly to myself ... the fact that not many people knew and were able to continually remind me about it probably did a great deal in keeping me relaxed. Does that make sense?

All that said, YES, it's incredible news and I am VERY VERY happy!

oh yeah - it does. I had something simiiar and made the same choice. You kind of end up managing everyone else's stress and then it can amplify your own.
