So my upgraded license was delayed on account of my being on insulin. I've been playing the waiting game, first waiting for the waiver package to arrive, then gathering together all the require paperwork and doctor visits ... Now that I'm licensed, this week I've been going out on the route that I'll soon be driving for the rest of the year. I'm not actually driving with kids as of yet (still waiting for the license to arrive in the mail before I can do that), but until then I've been driving the bus between the yard and the schools / routes. This weekend I'm working up some carpal tunnel in an effort to compete in the 3-Day Novel Writing Competition that's taking place this weekend. One nifty thing about mah beau is that he's quite fond of cats. During my recent binge of old school episodes of the cartoon Inspector Gadget, I was reminded of Mad Cat, Doctor Claw's faithful feline companion.
