The BBB threats were especially hilarious. The BBB doesn't give a rat's patootie about that sort of thing. When someone tries the BBB threat with me at work it's all I can do to keep from laughing. The BBB has very little pull and no power at all to force a merchant into giving a refund. Which no one would do in this case anyway since there's no proof the buyer received the wrong merchandise. If merchants had to refund based on mere trust we'd all be out of business due to scammers!
