The LonelySim™:
Jemma McBenton, hottie brunette with a tonne of money and a penchant for daring exploits. Coming from a very rich background, she's a work-a-holic who juggles her work as a Music Producer -- the bill paying job, -- with her personal projects of being Main Vocalist/Bass player in her own band, Carbonated Glamour, -- her ego indulgence job, -- and moonlighting as mixed media artist -- her passionately-raw-experience-of-the-world-with-her-hands job.
All these coupled with her ravenous want to know everything she can about her chosen careers, & love of extreme sports/adrenaline seeking hobbies means, although not without AMPLE opportunity to meet a bevy of beaus, shes never really taken the time out to really look for anything remotely deep and meaningful. A few dates here and there over the years crammed in between her every-waking-moment-planned life of over-creativity and adrenaline rushes hardly counts and thusly she's cleared her schedule and signed up to the show, looking hopefully for love.
♥ Let's Meet the Contestants:
Brian Synyster, the lead guitarist of an up and coming alternate metal band, has the upper hand on the other contestants as he's met Jemma several times before at concerts and a few gigs where both their bands appeared. In spite of his sometimes fierce looking demeanor and excess of tattoos (something Jemma ADORES, especially his sleeve), he's a total pussy cat and can be as much as a dork as he can be testosterone-god guitar hero. Having tried to hook up with her a few times before via agents, he's never been successful and views the show as a hysterical chance to get close to her.
Finnigan Makahb only signed up to the show to support his brother, Frederik. The producers, however, loved his screen-test and were endeared to the thought of brothers competing for the heart of the show's heroine and so he was pushed through. Also, Jemma has a thing for tasteful facial piercings and loved his audition photo.
Finnigan runs a quiet little indie coffee shop upstairs from a car garage. He finds the vintage car parts endearing and uses them as art installations within the otherwise boho establisment. A quick study he's been able to help out in the garage from time to time and has discovered that the heady scent of car oil on saw-dust coupled with freshly ground brewing coffee drives the ladies wild. Propositioned often, Finnigan's real dream is to settle down and become a house-husband. Considering he's incredibly loyal to his family, that he can make a mean macchiato, grease your engine then... Grease your engine, all while wanting to bring up the kids and do all the housework and child-care; Finnigan's seemingly a package made in heaven.
Frederik Makahb, Finnigan's brother, is a near-sighted, fashion-concious eccentric who's VERY secure in his masculinity and just wants to be loved. By everyone. Sweet tempered and giving, he can be a little much to take upon first meeting as he's ignorant of personal space boundaries and is constantly offering hugs to people he hardly knows. Being able to meet such a well-connected producer such as Ms. McBenton is a chance he could not pass up in regards to furthering his musical career; a welcome stepping stone on his chosen path for fame & fortune. Though this may seem to be purely a selfish, self promotional act he views it as a practical side-effect to meeting an being able to spend time with an incredibly talented creative in the field he wants to persue. A sort of... Learning at the feet of Socrates if you will. You know, if Socrates was a hottie late-twenty something woman with a lip piercing and her own back-yard multi-million dollar recording studio.
Kaleb Grymm is a sports mad fanatic with a penchant for the ladies and the good luck to have been born with a natural talent for ball-skills. Well on his way to gaining his lifetime dream of being inducted into the hall of fame; he's looking to curb his womanising ways that were so easy to fall into given his job description and try his hand at settling down. Whether he can pull that off remains to be seen but he's thinking some rich hottie who kicks ass and takes names on a daily basis seems like the perfect candidate to whip him into shape.
Richard Ohm-Ynous; handsome, rich, a snappy dresser and a rising star - a shoe-in for partner at his firm, Psou, Yough & Nao, - is experincing the same problems when it comes to looking for love as Jemma. All work, and no play leaves Richard a lonely boy. Choosing hitting the law books over hitting on women has meant he's not had a whole lot of experience with the opposite sex but he's a sweetie pie that loves a good hug and offers them freely as though he was an aging hippie and not a high-powered, cut-throat attorney.
Roderick Mahlyshus's is one of those scruffy law practitioner's that you see in sitcoms that never make any money, work a million pro-bono jobs and does representation work for bags of oranges and crates of swedes. And not the sexy tall blonde cliche kind either. Recently had his heart broken his mates put him up to signing up for the show, claiming on masse that "that McBenton chick's a bit of alright."
Wang Deevus is Triad 'royalty.' We'd say more, but then we'd have to kill you. All of you. And your hamsters. And take your handbags. Just cause we can. And you know, handbags are pretty.

Production notes:
• With this one, just as it was with Farmer Wants a Wife, Backstories are a KILLER XD XD
• I spent hours and hours and hours trying to find a listing of all the life time wants because I wasn't sure that the adventure career track was really Jemma's thing. And then I realised it would work PERFECTLY but now I'm on a crusade to find a complete listing of all possible LTWs XD
• Muu came up with "The law Offices of Sue. U. Nao :3 -- She's asian >_>: Imma Sue Yu" for when I was flailing about trying to think of a law firm name; which I appropriated for Richard's place of work. XD
• When I rolled Wang as a fortune Sim and it said "become criminal mastermind" I screamed out LOL TRIAD to lemon_lime35 and she was like ZOMG THAT HAS TO BE IN THERE! So it was spoken, so shall it be.
• lemon_lime35 made the sims for Jemma, Finnigan/Frederick and for Richard, - she also downloaded and supplied me the skin for Brian which is a sim version of Synyster Gates who shes in love with. *dies*. The other ones are based off of sims that I've downloaded a some point but don't remember where from or where... I BELIEVE they are all from mts2 and are probably all based off of celebrities and I'm just too much of a noob to know who they are XD
