Catching up on American TV shows
I've watched the second and third episode of Once Upon a Time with ashti last night, and I must say that I really enjoy the show so far. And I'm not just talking about the Fairytale wardrobe, which is quite pretty. ♥

There are moments when my country is a complete and utter embarrassment, but some days I am immensely proud of my tiny tiny homeland.
Today is one of those days. Because exactly ten years ago, the Netherlands legalized gay marriage, as first country in the world.

Less than 3 months since my last update. Go me!
Random: I got a haircut yesterday. It's been nine (!) months since the last time I got one, so my hair'd grown quite a bit. I got it done in layers, and I love how flippy it is. :D

First piece of wall-art: acquired!
You might not be aware of this, but one of my favourite art styles is Art Nouveau (and/or Jugendstil). I love the flowing, asymmetric style and the organic elements. Ever since I first came in contact with it in high school, I've been very fond of it ( Read more... ) -

Harry Potter part six and seven, which I borrowed from a co-worker took me a couple of weeks to get through - once I actually started reading.
