- 14:44 Just spent 45 min looking for my glasses, which I found underneath the car seat. No clue how that happened, since I put them in purse. #

I think I may be just a tad hormonal. My first clue? An email from the bank telling me I was overdrawn but that they'd waived the fee and had already transferred money from another account so all was fine. How did I react to this news? I'm trying to join the modern age of twitter. I've actually had an account for quite some time but I always forget to check it and never think to post anything. I think I may have figured out how to get updates sent to my cell phone, though that may not be a good thing, and then I hunted and pecked to find more people to follow. It looks like we've got more bad weather on the way. Oh joy. I'm really tired of rain, especially since far too much of it (as in *any* of it) is ending up in my basement. There's no place like home
Well, the last six weeks have been...interesting. Thankfully mom is well down the road of recovery. As of last Sunday I'm actually sleeping in my own bed. Of course the move home had more to do with a huge fight we had rather than her health, but I wouldn't have left her if I didn't think she was well past ready. Some days are easier than others
Today wasn't an easy day. Mom may need to go back to Lincoln for another "procedure". Fluid keeps building up between her right lung and the chest wall. They put in a drain so she could do that necessary thing called breathing, but they can't leave that in forever and unfortunately sshe is still producing a considerable amount of fluid.
