I'm organizing the Who meetup btw (at least for all of the LJ cosplayers.) I'm not sure if DWNY is doing a more official meet up.

You can help by spamming links to Tumblr and other places, and maybe setting up a Facebook page?

P.S. Can you also comment on the sherlock_meetup post, just so it looks like there's interest?

It's a good thing I checked here before buying a ticket... and the 15th falls on a Saturday (not trying to be anal). Hope to hear more info about this meetup soon :-D

Oops, I meant the 14th! I have a bit more info on the meetup:

We will meet outside of Jacob Javits at 7:15. Then, we will go to the Way Station bar in Brooklyn. It's a steampunk bar and it also has a huge TARDIS replica.

YAY!!!! I've been to the Way Station before with @aubre_rose and we had fun. So glad to know we're going back!

I am going to try my damnedest to make it. :D I've never been to a meetup before so I'm nervous, and moreover I'm too broke to buy myself dinner at the restaurant, but I'm going to tag along for the fabulous company.
