My guess would be 'nothing urgent' means your CT scan is typical for someone who has had a minor concussion without signs of complications as opposed to 'perfectly normal.' Maybe you have some minor inflammation or signs of a concussion, but nothing serious or that merits an additional visit, but they wanted to a) make sure and b) be able to eliminate the concussion as the cause of future neurological symptoms.

The only reason that doesn't make sense to me is that my neurologist told me a CT scan likely wouldn't show anything as my concussion was "mild". So I don't know. Maybe he was wrong. Maybe it really is nothing.

Likely isn't absolutely. Or the doctor left no notes for the receptionist which means he's not terribly concerned about it, but liability issues mean she can't say 'normal' because she's not a doctor.
