My broadband went down again. I had just enough time last night to reply to comments on my last post, then boom. I've spent the day being passed between BT and Time computers and being given different advice each time, none of which solved the problem. So I'm back on dial-up for the time being. I bought a newish computer from someone at work a few months ago and had broadband installed. Yesterday, I downloaded a free anti-virus software trial and installed it.
