I'm not going to criticise your writing style specifically - do what you like! But I do much prefer to read things with capital letters and paragraphs, and wish that bloggers in general were fonder of such things.

Ultimately I think you can/should present your blog/site any way you want, however, bear in mind ease of readability-or lack thereof-will encourage or discourage reading. It is just natural and the better-sometimes briefer-things are presented the better probability of others reading it.
Lack of caps in email really grabs my ass, though. Especially when people say "i" or spell their name. Not that it is a big deal, it just seems silly and a little lazy. And where will it end / degenerate to?
The way kids are talking/typing things in this semi-phonetic-gangster (?) talk is ootreegus! Sometimes I am glad I am as old as I am.
I generally find lack of capitals and paragraphs irritating but I don't mind it when you do it. Um. It seems like a conscious style decision that you've made, not just sloppiness, so it would possibly look worse if you started capitalising things. The capital on 'Courier' gives me a bit of a mental jolt, certainly.
My friends list displays in a serif font so maybe that helps.
i'm not really expecting people to judge me on it, i don't mean like that. but i do think with longer pieces of writing it is a readability issue, i'm just wondering how much of a turn-off it is for people who would otherwise want to read what i have to say. Arial font makes it particularly worse i think, it's quite narrow so the full-stops don't make much of a gap between sentences. yah, whatever. there's not a huge consensus going on. except with consistency.
I believe shorthand is a form of writing used for one's personal reference which would then be rewritten in a form for others to read. So if this is shorthand …
